Hi, my name is Mario Sanchez, owner of Time Change Roofing. Roofing isn’t just my business — it’s a craft I’ve grown

into through years of hands-on experience, working side by side with my dad and learning the trade from the ground up.

Time Change Roofing was founded in 2016 as a shared dream between my dad and I. We started as a small tear-off

company, putting in long days and doing the hard work that taught us how roofs truly perform. As our knowledge

and experience grew, we expanded into full roof installations with one clear goal: deliver quality roofing systems we could stand behind with confidence

WHY I STARTED TIME CHANGE ROOFING

I started Time Change Roofing to build a company based on quality work, accountability, and long-term value. Too often, homeowners are left with rushed jobs or unclear warranties. I wanted to do things differently — by focusing on proper installation methods and offering the best warranties possible with every installation.
